Intentional and intimate to what you need: mind, body, and spirit. keri offers single and small group sessions to better meet the individual and authentic needs of who want to work with her. She will meet you as you are and where you are, as well as work in congruence with you towards your hopes and intentions of each service, be it
yoga, meditation, mindfulness practices, movement, embodiment work, and/or Reiki energy healing. All services can be done in person at Creative 360 or through zoom. Sessions can range from 30 - 90 minutes and pricing is dependent upon length and location of offering as what is being shared. keri works with all ages & abilities.
what is reiki?
Reiki is in complete alignment with ahimsa, meaning it can do no harm.
It is an intelligent, loving, Universal energy healing technique that aids in releasing stress and tension by creating deep relaxation and balance within your body. Reiki promotes healing, overall health, and vitality and addresses all parts of our being - including the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. These sessions can be fused with movement, meditation, embodiment practices and more.
Reiki can be shared with adults, children, animals & plants.
